Degrees

People often think Love lives in opposites.
You either Love someone, or you don’t.
You either Love yourself, or you don’t.

But Love doesn’t work in opposites.
It works in degrees.

Love is always present, unchanging, steady, available.
What changes is how clearly we experience it.

Every thought you think adjusts the degree of your awareness of Love.
When your thoughts align with unity, connection, and understanding, Love feels close.
When your thoughts align with fear, separation, or judgment, Love feels distant.

The feeling isn’t proof that Love has left.
It’s feedback about the lens you’re looking through.

You can’t turn Love off.
You can only think in ways that make it harder to see.

So Love isn’t a practice of “dos” and “don’ts.”
It’s a practice of degrees, of noticing how your thoughts open or close the distance between you and what’s already here.

The more you think in alignment with connection,
the more you feel like yourself.

Because in truth,
☼ Self = Love.
